📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Perform comprehensive diagnostics on laptops to identify hardware and software issues.
• Troubleshoot and repair hardware components such as motherboards, CPUs, and memory.
• Install and configure operating systems, drivers, and software applications.
• Provide expert advice and recommendations to clients regarding laptop maintenance and upgrades.
• Conduct preventive maintenance to ensure the longevity and optimal performance of laptops.
• Keep up-to-date with the latest laptop technologies and industry trends.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure that all laptops are repaired to the highest standards.
• Provide ongoing support and maintenance to clients' laptops.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Laptop Technician or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of laptop hardware and software.
• Familiarity with diagnostic tools and software such as Acer Care Center, Dell SupportAssist, and Lenovo Vantage.
• Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Valid certification in A+ or equivalent is a plus.
