📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead and manage a team of engineers, ensuring they are motivated and productive.
• Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of engineering projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
• Ensure all projects comply with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive project success.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in engineering management, with a strong background in the Oil & Gas sector.
• Proven track record of successfully managing engineering projects.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
