📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily laboratory operations and ensure all processes adhere to strict medical protocols.
• Manage and mentor a team of laboratory technicians, providing guidance and support.
• Conduct quality control checks and ensure all tests are accurate and reliable.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards, including ISO and WHO guidelines.
• Implement and monitor laboratory safety protocols to protect staff and patients.
• Participate in continuous professional development to stay updated with the latest advancements in medical diagnostics.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of laboratory services into overall patient care.
• Provide leadership and direction to the laboratory team, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Medical Technology, Laboratory Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a supervisory role within a medical laboratory.
• Certification in Medical Laboratory Technology (MLT) or a related field is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of laboratory equipment and software, including but not limited to LIMS (Laboratory Information Management System) and QA/QC protocols.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to mentor and guide a team.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Experience with regulatory compliance and quality assurance in a healthcare setting.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
