📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Process and verify import documentation, including commercial invoices, packing lists, and bill of lading.
Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and customs requirements.
Coordinate with customs brokers, freight forwarders, and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth import operations.
Assist in the resolution of documentation-related issues and disputes.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of import shipments.
Utilize trade compliance software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar systems to manage and track import documentation.
Provide excellent customer service to clients and internal teams.
Stay updated with the latest developments in international trade regulations and compliance requirements.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, International Trade, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in international trade, logistics, or a related field.
Proficient in Mandarin language, both written and spoken.
Strong knowledge of international trade regulations and customs procedures.
Certification in trade compliance or related field is a plus.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
Familiarity with trade compliance software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar systems is a plus.
