📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Operate bottling equipment to fill, cap, and label beer bottles efficiently and accurately.
• Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and hygiene of the bottling line to ensure compliance with food safety standards.
• Work alongside the brewing team to ensure a smooth production process from brewing to bottling.
• Perform quality checks on bottled products to ensure they meet our high standards.
• Assist in the daily maintenance and cleaning of bottling equipment.
• Follow and adhere to all safety protocols and quality control procedures.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Assist in inventory management and supply ordering for bottling materials.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in the beverage or bottling industry.
• Familiarity with bottling equipment and processes, including knowledge of BrewMaster Pro and BrewTarget systems.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Basic understanding of food safety and hygiene standards.
• Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and stand for extended periods.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays during peak production periods.
