📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement AI-driven performance management solutions to optimize business development initiatives.
Create and maintain dashboards and reports using Power BI and Tableau to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs).
Utilize Python and R to build predictive models and automate data analysis tasks.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure AI solutions align with business goals and objectives.
Conduct regular performance reviews and provide actionable insights to enhance team productivity.
Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in AI and performance management.
Train and mentor team members on the use of AI tools and techniques.
Participate in strategic planning sessions to drive the continuous improvement of performance management processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
3-5 years of experience in performance management, business development, or a related field.
Proficient in Power BI, Tableau, and Excel for data visualization and analysis.
Strong programming skills in Python and R.
Experience with AI and machine learning tools such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Familiarity with agile methodologies and project management tools like Jira or Trello.
