📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Install, configure, and maintain Microsoft server infrastructure, including Windows Server, Active Directory, and DNS.
• Monitor and troubleshoot IT infrastructure issues, ensuring high availability and reliability.
• Develop and implement disaster recovery plans, including backup and restore procedures.
• Participate in disaster recovery drills and exercises to test and improve our plans.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of IT systems and services.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest Microsoft technologies and industry best practices.
• Provide technical support and guidance to end-users and other IT team members.
• Document IT processes, procedures, and configurations for future reference.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in IT infrastructure and disaster recovery.
• Certifications in Microsoft technologies, such as MCSA: Windows Server 2016 or MCSE: Cloud Platform and Infrastructure.
• Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, and DHCP.
• Experience with Microsoft System Center, including Virtual Machine Manager (VMM) and Operations Manager (SCOM).
• Familiarity with disaster recovery concepts, including backup and restore procedures, and high availability solutions.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
