📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Process and reconcile daily financial transactions using QuickBooks and Excel.
• Prepare and analyze financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
• Assist in the budgeting process by preparing and analyzing budget forecasts.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
• Support the finance team in managing payroll and vendor payments.
• Handle bank reconciliations and maintain accurate bank statements.
• Provide administrative support to the finance department as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in financial administration or a similar role.
• Proficient in using QuickBooks, Excel, and other financial software.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well in a team environment.
