Figma is looking for a talented Designer Advocate to join our Partnerships team. In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our partner companies. You will work closely with our design community to ensure that our partners are getting the most out of Figma and that Figma is meeting their needs. This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of design collaboration and to work with some of the most innovative companies in the world.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Build and maintain strong relationships with partner companies to ensure they are getting the most out of Figma.,Work closely with the design community to understand their needs and provide solutions that meet those needs.,Develop and execute partnership strategies that drive growth and engagement for both Figma and our partners.,Create and deliver training and educational materials to help partners and their teams get the most out of Figma.,Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to ensure that our partnership efforts are aligned with our overall business goals.,Measure and report on the success of our partnerships, and use that data to inform future strategies.,Attend and speak at industry events and conferences to represent Figma and build our brand.,Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in design and collaboration tools.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

3+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the design or technology industry.,Strong understanding of design principles and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Experience with project management and stakeholder engagement.,Familiarity with design collaboration tools and platforms, such as Figma, is a plus.,Bachelor's degree in design, business, or a related field.,Passion for design and technology, and a desire to help others succeed.
