📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and process travel tickets using our GDS software, including Sabre and Amadeus.
• Issue and validate travel documents, including airline tickets, hotel reservations, and car rentals.
• Provide exceptional customer service to our clients, ensuring that their travel needs are met.
• Work closely with our team to ensure that all travel documents are issued accurately and efficiently.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in the travel industry and the GDS systems that are used to manage travel documents.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to ensure that our team is well-prepared to handle the challenges of the travel industry.
• Assist in the development and implementation of new processes and procedures to improve the efficiency of our ticketing operations.
• Ensure that all travel documents are issued in accordance with the relevant regulations and industry standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the travel industry.
• Proven experience with GDS systems, including Sabre and Amadeus.
• Strong knowledge of travel regulations and industry standards.
• Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to handle difficult situations with professionalism and tact.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as travel and tourism, hospitality management, or a similar discipline.
• Certification in GDS systems, such as Sabre or Amadeus, is a plus.
