📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
Tanggung Jawab:
Assist teachers in planning and implementing inclusive lesson plans tailored to the needs of children with special needs.Provide one-on-one and small group support to students, helping them with academic, social, and emotional development.Monitor students' progress and communicate any concerns or achievements to teachers and parents.Promote a positive and inclusive classroom environment where all students feel valued and respected.Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for students.Participate in staff meetings and professional development activities to enhance your skills and knowledge.Adapt teaching methods and materials to cater to the diverse needs of students with special needs.Ensure the safety and well-being of all students in the classroom.🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Kualifikasi:
Bachelor's degree in Education, Special Education, or a related field.Experience working with children with special needs, preferably in an educational or therapeutic setting.Strong knowledge of inclusive education principles and practices.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with students, teachers, and parents.Patience, empathy, and a genuine desire to help children with special needs succeed.Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team of professionals.Valid teaching assistant certification or relevant qualifications.Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.🛠️ Keahlian
