📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide exceptional customer service to clients by assisting with banking transactions.,Manage cash handling and ensure accurate record-keeping.,Monitor transactions to ensure compliance with banking regulations and internal policies.,Resolve customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner.,Assist in the training and development of junior tellers.,Maintain a clean and organized work area.,Perform other duties as assigned by the branch manager.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Banking, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a banking or financial services environment.,Strong knowledge of banking regulations and compliance requirements.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficiency in using banking software and technology.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
