📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire qualified candidates.,Source and screen candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, and referrals.,Conduct initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills and fit for the role.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and provide recruitment support.,Maintain a strong understanding of the local labor market and industry trends.,Provide feedback and guidance to junior recruiters to ensure consistent high-quality recruitment practices.,Stay updated with recruitment best practices and industry standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a similar role.,Proven experience in hiring for various roles within an organization.,Strong understanding of recruitment metrics and KPIs.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools.
