📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and food cost control.,Ensure high standards of food quality, presentation, and customer service.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Manage staff performance, including hiring, training, and development.,Monitor sales performance and make data-driven decisions to improve profitability.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.,Maintain a clean and organized restaurant environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant management, preferably in a similar role.,Proven track record of successful restaurant operations and sales growth.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Knowledge of food safety and health regulations.,Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
