Indonesia Stainless Steel is seeking a talented Technical Writer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining technical documentation for our products and services. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technical writing and a deep understanding of the stainless steel industry. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from anywhere in Indonesia.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Create and maintain technical documentation for our products and services.,Collaborate with engineers and other stakeholders to ensure accuracy and completeness of technical content.,Develop and implement a technical writing style guide to ensure consistency across all documentation.,Conduct user testing and gather feedback to improve the usability and effectiveness of our technical content.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical writing.,Review and edit technical content to ensure clarity, accuracy, and adherence to our style guide.,Assist in the development of training materials and other educational content for our customers and employees.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English Literature, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in technical writing, with a focus on the stainless steel industry preferred.,Strong understanding of the stainless steel industry, including terminology, processes, and applications.,Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.,Proficiency in technical writing tools and software, such as Microsoft Office, Adobe FrameMaker, or MadCap Flare.,Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
