📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on luxury properties, including but not limited to, HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical systems, and landscaping.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly to minimize downtime and ensure guest satisfaction.
• Conduct regular inspections of property systems and equipment to identify potential issues before they escalate.
• Collaborate with the property management team to implement maintenance schedules and prioritize tasks based on guest feedback and operational needs.
• Utilize industry-standard tools and software such as ServiceNow, SAP, and other maintenance management systems to track and manage work orders efficiently.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety regulations and company policies.
• Provide exceptional customer service to guests and staff, addressing their maintenance requests and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices to continuously improve maintenance operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 3 years of experience in property maintenance, preferably in a luxury or high-end hospitality setting.
• Certification in hospitality management or a related field is a plus.
• Proficiency in using maintenance management software such as ServiceNow, SAP, or similar tools.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Familiarity with local building codes, regulations, and safety standards in Bali.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy equipment and materials.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
