📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily warehouse operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.,Manage inventory levels and ensure accurate stock records.,Coordinate with suppliers and customers to manage incoming and outgoing goods.,Supervise and train warehouse staff to maintain high standards of performance.,Implement and monitor warehouse safety protocols to prevent accidents and injuries.,Analyze warehouse performance metrics and implement improvements as needed.,Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations.,Manage warehouse budget and ensure cost-effective operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of warehouse management software and systems.,Proven ability to lead and motivate a team.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with logistics and supply chain management principles.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
