Berkah Wati Bakery is seeking a skilled and experienced Lead Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing our bakery equipment and ensuring the smooth operation of our production processes.

We are looking for a professional who is passionate about baking and has a strong technical background. The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership skills and be able to mentor and train junior technicians.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage bakery equipment and production processes,Ensure the smooth operation of the bakery and maintain high standards of quality,Train and mentor junior technicians,Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues,Conduct regular maintenance and inspections of equipment,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations,Monitor and maintain inventory of baking supplies,Develop and implement improvement plans for equipment and processes

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a technician in a bakery or similar industry,Strong technical skills and knowledge of bakery equipment,Excellent leadership and communication skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines,Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail,Knowledge of health and safety regulations,Familiarity with inventory management systems,Ability to work well in a team environment
