🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Dentistry, Health Sciences, Business Administration).,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role in the dental or healthcare industry.,Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.,Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.,Proficiency in using dental management software and other relevant tools.,Knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations, with the ability to ensure compliance.,Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages.,A valid dental license or certification, if applicable.
