📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.,Promote products and services to customers, both in-store and online.,Assist in stock management and inventory control.,Collaborate with the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.,Conduct regular store audits to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Train and assist new team members to ensure smooth operations.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of sales strategies.,Maintain a clean and organized store environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.,Minimum 1 year of experience in retail sales or customer service.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with sales techniques and strategies.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software.,Fluent in Indonesian and English.,Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and systems.
