Junior Front Desk Receptionist

PT Sakti Lestari is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Junior Front Desk Receptionist to join our team in Singkawang. We are looking for someone who is passionate about providing excellent customer service and maintaining a welcoming environment for our guests and visitors.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Greet guests and provide a warm and friendly welcome.
• Handle check-ins and check-outs efficiently and accurately.
• Manage guest inquiries and provide information about the property and local attractions.
• Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
• Process payments and handle guest complaints professionally.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Perform night audits to ensure accuracy of guest records.
• Assist with event planning and coordination as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a front desk or receptionist role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Familiarity with basic computer software and office equipment.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Friendly, approachable, and customer-focused attitude.
• Fluency in English and local language is a plus.
