📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth functioning of the department.,Develop and implement strategies to improve department performance.,Manage and mentor a team of professionals.,Coordinate with other departments to achieve organizational goals.,Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.,Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback.,Represent the department in meetings and events.,Handle department budget and financial planning.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.,Minimum 3 years of experience in a leadership role.,Strong understanding of industry best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with HRIS and other HR management tools is a plus.,Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
