📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in managing daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.,Oversee inventory management, including stock taking, ordering, and replenishment.,Coordinate with suppliers to maintain optimal stock levels and product availability.,Assist in training and mentoring junior staff to enhance their performance.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to the Store Manager.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints to maintain high service standards.,Participate in store promotions and special events to drive sales and customer engagement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in retail or store management roles.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with retail software and POS systems is a plus.,Passionate about retail and customer service.
