📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment, selection, and onboarding of new employees.,Maintain and update employee records and files.,Handle employee benefits and compensation-related matters.,Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback.,Manage employee relations and resolve conflicts.,Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.,Coordinate with other departments to support HR initiatives.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR strategies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR roles.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in Indonesian, both written and spoken.,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
