Toko Elsa Store is looking for a Deputy Supply Chain Staff to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the Supply Chain Manager in managing the procurement, inventory, and logistics processes. You will work closely with various departments to ensure smooth operations and efficient supply chain management.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in managing procurement processes, including vendor selection, order placement, and contract negotiation.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment to meet sales demand.,Coordinate with suppliers and logistics partners to ensure timely delivery of goods.,Maintain accurate records of inventory, orders, and shipments.,Assist in analyzing supply chain data to identify areas for improvement.,Support the Supply Chain Manager in implementing supply chain strategies and initiatives.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and efficient supply chain management.,Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a similar role in the supply chain or logistics industry.,Strong knowledge of procurement, inventory, and logistics processes.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team and under pressure.,Familiarity with supply chain management software and tools.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office, especially Excel.,Ability to travel occasionally as required by the job.
