📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assisting the Outlet Staff in managing daily operations and ensuring smooth workflow.,Assisting in stock management, including inventory tracking and ordering.,Assisting in customer service, including handling customer inquiries and complaints.,Assisting in the preparation and organization of merchandise for display.,Assisting in the maintenance of a clean and organized store environment.,Assisting in the implementation of sales promotions and special events.,Assisting in the preparation of sales reports and data analysis.,Assisting in the training and supervision of junior staff members.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum of 1 year of experience in a retail or customer service environment.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.,Familiarity with retail software and point of sale systems is a plus.,Ability to lift and move up to 20 pounds.,Must be able to work regular hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
