📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in managing daily store operations including staff scheduling, inventory control, and customer service.,Oversee the preparation and quality of coffee and food products.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Train and develop store staff to maintain high standards of service.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.,Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies.,Monitor sales performance and report to the Store Manager.,Participate in inventory management and restocking activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role in the coffee or hospitality industry.,Strong leadership and management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Knowledge of POS systems and inventory management software is a plus.,Familiarity with coffee brewing methods and food preparation techniques.,Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.,High school diploma or equivalent, with relevant certifications preferred.
