📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Overseeing site operations and ensuring compliance with safety regulations,Maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency,Coordinating with contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders,Conducting site inspections and reporting on progress,Ensuring adherence to project timelines and budgets,Managing and training site personnel,Resolving site issues and implementing corrective actions,Maintaining accurate records and documentation

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field,Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role,Strong knowledge of construction practices and regulations,Excellent communication and leadership skills,Proficiency in using engineering software and tools,Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines,Valid driver's license and clean driving record,Fluency in English and Indonesian
