📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Responsibilities:
1. Manage day-to-day accounting activities, including financial reporting and analysis
2. Ensure accurate and timely financial records and compliance with GAAP and local regulations
3. Prepare and analyze financial statements, budgets, and forecasts
4. Assist in the preparation of tax returns and ensure compliance with tax laws
5. Provide financial support to other departments as needed
6. Stay up-to-date with accounting trends and best practices

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
2. 3-5 years of experience in accounting, preferably in a retail or similar industry
3. Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices
4. Proficiency in accounting software, such as QuickBooks or SAP
5. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
6. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
