📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee the licensing processes for clients, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.,Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth and efficient licensing operations.,Monitor and track licensing activities, ensuring all deadlines and milestones are met.,Prepare and maintain comprehensive documentation and records related to licensing activities.,Provide support and guidance to junior staff members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulatory changes, and provide recommendations for improvement.,Collaborate with the legal and compliance teams to ensure all licensing activities are in line with company policies and procedures.,Represent the company at industry events and conferences, building relationships with key stakeholders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in licensing administration or a related field.,Strong understanding of Indonesian regulatory environment and licensing processes.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.,Knowledge of licensing management software and systems is a plus.
