📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the logistics network in Lubuklinggau, ensuring efficient and timely delivery of goods.,Manage and mentor a team of logistics professionals, providing guidance and support to achieve departmental goals.,Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction.,Monitor and analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.,Maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and apply this knowledge to drive continuous improvement.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.,Represent Asia Logistics at industry events and conferences, both locally and nationally.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in logistics management, with a proven track record of success.,Strong understanding of the logistics industry, including supply chain management, transportation, and warehousing.,Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.,Proficient in using logistics management software and tools.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in English and Indonesian languages.
