📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.,Source, screen, and evaluate job applicants to ensure a high-quality candidate pool.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and match candidates accordingly.,Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills and fit for the role.,Maintain and update the company's applicant tracking system (ATS) to streamline the recruitment process.,Provide feedback to candidates and follow up on their application status.,Collaborate with the HR team to ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.,Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or a similar role.,Strong understanding of recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with candidates and hiring managers.,Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other HR software.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian.
