📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and supervise the work of pharmacist assistants.,Ensure the smooth operation of pharmacy services.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure the availability of medications.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of medication inventory.,Provide training and support to pharmacist assistants.,Ensure compliance with all pharmacy regulations and standards.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally.,Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance pharmacy services.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Pharmacist Assistant.,Strong leadership and management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using pharmacy management software.,Knowledge of pharmacy regulations and standards.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.,Familiarity with Indonesian language and local customs.
