PT Dinamika Nagari is seeking a Fleet Coordinator to manage and optimize the company's vehicle fleet. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of fleet management and a commitment to ensuring the safety and efficiency of our vehicles.

In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our fleet, including scheduling maintenance, tracking fuel consumption, and ensuring compliance with all regulations.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Manage and maintain the company's vehicle fleet, ensuring all vehicles are in good working condition.
  • Schedule and coordinate vehicle maintenance, including repairs and servicing.
  • Track and monitor fuel consumption and expenses.
  • Ensure all vehicles comply with safety and environmental regulations.
  • Oversee the driver training and certification process.
  • Develop and implement fleet management policies and procedures.
  • Provide regular reports on fleet performance and recommendations for improvement.
  • Coordinate with external service providers for maintenance and repairs.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in fleet management.
  • Strong knowledge of fleet management software and tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Familiarity with Indonesian traffic laws and regulations.
  • Ability to travel for business purposes.
