📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the cashier in handling cash transactions and ensuring accurate record-keeping.,Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, answering inquiries, and resolving any issues they may have.,Ensure the smooth operation of the cashiering process by maintaining a clean and organized workspace.,Count and reconcile cash at the end of each shift to ensure accuracy.,Assist in training new employees on cash handling procedures and customer service best practices.,Monitor cash levels and alert the cashier when restocking is needed.,Participate in inventory management by assisting in stock taking and reporting.,Maintain confidentiality and handle customer information with discretion.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum of 1 year of experience in a cashiering or customer service role.,Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial transactions.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.,Basic knowledge of cash handling procedures and customer service best practices.,Fluency in Indonesian is a must; English is a plus.,Must be reliable, hardworking, and have a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.
